KMSK Deinze was facing a critical situation prior to its acquisition. AAD Invest Group chose to save the club from bankruptcy, when no other buyers had come forward.
In less than five weeks, we have begun a recovery process that, under normal conditions, takes between three and five months.
As early as October, a first significant action was taken: AAD Invest Group covered part of the legal fees, previously borne by the former owner, to avoid the liquidation of the club.
We understand the anxiety and anxiety caused by this situation. However, it is important to emphasize that the current deadlines are the result of incompressible administrative and banking constraints, especially in a context where AAD Invest Group is also preparing to go public.
